Newstalk has raised over €25,000 for the Children's Health Foundation.
Today’s "Go An Extra Mile" fun run took place in Morton Stadium, Santry, Dublin 9, with participants running 5k to help give every child the best quality medical care.
Speaking to The Anton Savage Show ahead of the big event, event ambassador Kieran Cuddihy said:
“We’ve been trying to raise money for Ireland’s childrens’ hospitals, so that’s Temple Street, Crumlin, Tallaght and Connolly as well.
“Tallaght and Connolly, they both have acute paediatric units.”
Fair play to all of our runners today 👏 👏 👏
