Northern Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson has accused Sinn Fein of stepping back from the tentative steps forward that had begun to emerge.
Mr Robinson is speaking at the Democratic Unionist Association's annual dinner in Derry.
He's accused Sinn Fein of a failure of leadership, and said their reaction to the On The Run scandal indicates they're once again taking a stance of "ourselves alone."

Mr Robinson said if republicans are going to be "politically aggressive," then Unionism must be strong - and insisted only the DUP could provide that leadership.
