The LA Times publishes a selection of children's poetry in it's 'creativity corner' each week, and Sunday was no exception.
What was exceptional, was a piece of verse from nine-year-old Gabi from Huntington Beach, which really outshone the other contenders.
A deeply expressive and visual poem about the joys of arson, it really is a departure from the usual fare in children's writing.
