No campaigners are accusing the government of fooling the people of Ireland with its Yes campaign in the Children’s Referendum.

The 31st amendment to the Constitution was passed yesterday with 58% of people in favour and 42% against.

It is widely speculated that the outcome will be challenged because of the Supreme Court ruling last Thursday.

It found the government information campaign was weighted in favour of the Yes side.
