The Russian Foreign Minister says there will be no winner in the Syrian conflict.

Sergei Lavrov says neither Russia nor China will be able to persuade Bashar al-Assad to relinquish power.

He also said Syria's chemical weapons have been concentrated in one or two areas and are "under control" for the time being.
