The Finance Minister says he's confident a deal will be done tonight in relation to a 10 billion euro bailout package for Cyprus.
A meeting of finance ministers is underway in Brussels where plans for the rescue package are being discussed.
It's believed the proposals will see a levy placed on all bank accounts worth over 100-thousand euro - a move which is deeply unpopular with the Cypriot people.
If no agreement is reached Cyprus could face economic collapse and be forced to leave the Euro.
But Michael Noonan says he expects that ministers will arrive at an agreement tonight:
