Industrial action by Northern Ireland Water staff has been suspended.

At its height, 9 thousand properties were without a supply, with some forced to boil snow.

Employees were protesting over planned changes to pensions.

Details of a new offer from management haven't been made public, but unions describe it as 'significant progress'.
