It has emerged that not a single home has been developed on massive landmarks bought up by local authorities for social housing.
The Public Accounts Committee has heard that from the year 2000 the councils bought up land with the idea of building up to 30,000 social housing units on them.
It's also been revealed that 37 million euro was spent on sites that are not suitable for residential use.
