Ariel Castro, the suspect accused of holding three women captive for over a decade in Ohio, has been charged with 329 offences; including 139 counts of rape and 177 counts of kidnapping.

Castro was also charge with one count of aggravated murder, with the Cuyahoga County grand jury saying Castro he deliberately caused the unlawful termination of a pregnancy.

Castro is accused of keeping Gina DeJesus, Michelle Knight and Amanda Berry captive for ten years, along with a 6 year old girl, who he had fathered with Berry.

Castro’s attorneys have said their client will plead not guilty to all charges.
