Samsung has won the first round in its global smartphone battle against Apple over copyright.

A judge in Seoul has ruled the company did not copy the look and feel of the US company’s iPhone.

It’s also ruled that Apple infringed on Samsung’s wireless technology.

Apple’s suing Samsung in the U.S over allegations it’s created illegal versions of iPhones and iPads.
