Fashion retailer New Look is shutting down its Irish operations - with over 340 jobs set to be lost.
The High Court has appointed liquidators to the UK-owned brand, with clearance sales announced for Sunday.
The company said the decision was not taken lightly but comes after several years of sustained losses and challenging market conditions.
347 people are employed across 26 New Look stores in Ireland.
It’s understood staff were notified immediately, and a redundancy process is expected.
The High Court today approved the appointment of liquidators to oversee the winding down of the business and its assets.
Irish customers will still be able to access New Look collections through retailers like ASOS and Very.
