Budget over-runs at the HSE climbed to 374 million euro by the end of September.
That’s up from 329 million a month earlier.
Meanwhile, it’s emerged Tallaght hospital in Dublin has had to apply for a bank overdraft to the tune of 12 million euro to see it through to the end of the year.
