The letter from the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to Ryan Tubridy and his agent Noel Kelly has revealed what Tuesday's meeting will entail.
A letter from the PAC Chair Brain Stanley has revealed which specific lines of questioning Mr Tubridy and Mr Kelly should expect on Tuesday.
The letter details the issues that are to be discussed including payments to presenters and personnel at the broadcaster from 2017 to date.
Details of Ryan Tubridy's contractual relationships with RTE, including related payments and exit fees.
Other issues to be discussed include the tripartite agreement, details of a call on the 7th of May 2020 and a subsequent letter from former Director General Dee Forbes to Mr Tubridy
Chair of the Communications Clinic, Terry Prone, has said much of the testimony will be need to be well-rehearsed.
"I wouldn't give them advice in the sense of, 'Here's what you need to do'. I would need to take maybe two days of constant simulated sessions, where I'm throwing every single question that could possibly be thrown at them," she said.
The committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday morning at 11am, which may last up to three hours.
Mr Tubridy and Mr Kelly will be allowed to make an opening statement which is five minutes in duration.
