Property developer Paddy McKillen will join members of the Barclay family, and other related parties to a High Court case that he is taking against the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
He claims that NAMA leaked financial information about him to the Barclay Brothers while they were involved in a long-running legal battle over the ownership of the Maybourne hotel group in London. He claims that they benefited from information that NAMA released about his finances.
The Irish Times reports that Mr McKillen has successfully applied to the master of the High Court to have the Barclay family attached to his case against NAMA after his legal team obtained new documents that are relative to the case.
