Parcel Motel has announced it is suspending its UK 'virtual address' service due to Brexit.
The firm is also warning that customers' packages from the UK will be subject to new customs duty and VAT.
The UPS-owned company has previously allowed customer get products delivered to an address in Northern Ireland, with the packages then transported to delivery lockers in the Republic.
However, that service will be suspended from December 28th as a result of the changes from Brexit.
In a message to customers, Parcel Motel said: "We are working diligently to update our product offering in order to adapt to the latest trade requirements as they come to conclusion and better serve your shopping needs."
Meanwhile, the firm also says "the cost, effort and time of moving goods between the EU and the UK will likely increase" once the Brexit transition period ends.
They say: "All parcels crossing the new border between Britain and Ireland must clear customs and will be subject to customs duty and VAT, which are not included in the initial purchase price of your goods."
The company adds that its Irish virtual address service will continue.
Parcel Motel is the latest company to announce changes for Irish customers due to Brexit.
Amazon and some other retailers have warned Irish customers that they'll likely face customs charges in the new year, while Revolut has temporarily moved its banking operations to Lithuania after having been previously based in the UK.
Negotiations on a post-Brexit trade deal are continuing, with EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier today saying only hours remain to reach agreement.
