It can be a tedious process - standing at the passport office, waiting to collect your passport.

Well not anymore - an Irish company will now stand in and collect it for you.

Cyclone are offering a full visa and passport application service.

"Once the necessary paperwork has been correctly completed we will send one of our dedicated couriers to the embassy or passport office...wait, queue whatever it takes to ensure the completed documents are returned to you on time to catch that all important flight," the company says.

The firm - which has been in business for more than 25 years - says it can send one of its couriers to go and get your passport or visa for you.

It says the service is also available where companies need someone to go in on their behalf to collect visas.

While the Department of Foreign Affairs point out that it does not replace the current system, Cyclone says it is an option for customers.
