A sports teacher in Jacksonville, Florida has been suspended for 15 days without pay after she gave 'twerking' lessons to young students.

Courtney Spruill who teaches in a middle school in America, where children would be aged between 12-15 years old, allegedly taught the girls this controversial dance style in May at an after school event.

Spruill allegedly taught the girls the dance at a party for the girls soccer team. 

Duval County School Board investigators say that Spruill brought a bottle of vodka as a housewarming gift and was seen drinking it throughout the night, although she didn't allow any alcohol around the young girls. 

The investigators also discovered a mobile phone video in which Spruill is allegedly seen being given a lap dance by one of the students.
