We're so used to the country being dull, overcast and rainy, it comes as somewhat of a shock to the system when we actually see the place under glorious sunlight.
Both casual and professional photographers are heading out to try and capture the rare, elusive sight of 'sunny Ireland' on camera - if only to remind ourselves when the rain starts pouring again in a week or two that the place can look pretty great at times.
