Is actor Pierce Brosnan set to play Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams in a new film? No, but he certainly bears an uncanny resemblance to him at the moment.
The former Bond star was photographed in London recently - and the photo has since been doing the rounds on social media due to the notable similarity to Gerry Adams.

Brosnan is currently filming in London, as he plays an ex-IRA member turned government official named Liam Hennessy. The as-yet-unnamed thriller is based on Stephen Leather’s novel The Chinaman.
Even Sinn Fein's Martin Ferris was taken aback by striking resemblance between his party's leader and Brosnan:
