An investigation is underway following a pipe bomb explosion in Derry.
It happened in the Montgomery Close area of the city at around 2am this morning.
The device exploded in the front garden of a house.

In a statement, the PSNI said nobody was injured in the incident.
Detective Sergeant Richard Donnell said: "Thankfully no damage has been caused to the property.
"However the occupants of property were very lucky to escape injury."
Police in Derry are appealing for witnesses or anybody with information to contact them.
