Leap Card holders are being reminded that their plus one can travel for free with them today.

The offer has been put on to mark the Bank Holiday and to encourage people to leave their car at home. 

The Leap+1 promotion is taking place this February Bank Holiday weekend.

Participating services include Bus Éireann, Irish Rail, Luas, Dublin Bus and the Dart. 

One traveller pays as normal with their Leap Card and their plus one can join for free.
