All charges have been dropped against a man who was accused of sending a poisoned letter to President Obama.
Paul Curtis denied that he had sent the poison ricin and that he had no idea how to make the deadly substance.
The Elvis impersonator from Mississippi says he loves his country and his president and would never do anything that would pose a threat to either.
Speaking following his release his lawyer said she is confident that he is innocent:
Investigators are now searching the home of a man, Everett Dutschke, who it's believed Curtis had fallen out with.
Mr Curtis spoke outside court after being freed.
