Police investigating the murder of Bernard McGinley at a wedding in County Fermanagh last week have been granted additional time - by a court - to question a man.
Detectives from Serious Crime Branch arrested a 46-year-old man in the Belfast area yesterday.
In a statement, Detective Chief Inspector Una Jennings said the court had granted a detention extension until early Saturday.
63-year-old Bernard McGinley was shot outside a church in Newtownbutler last Wednesday.
Mr McGinley was attending a family wedding when he was shot.
He died from his injuries a short time later.
A second man was also injured during the shooting, but did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
