The Dublin Port Tunnel has fully re-opened.

Both north and southbound bores were closed this morning following a fire.

As a result HGVs were allowed to travel through Dublin city centre - but that ban has been reinstated.

AA Roadwatch say there are delays in both directions through Drumcondra on the Drumcondra Road.

But there are no major delays or incident to report around the city centre.
