American chef Jacques Lamerde's Instagram account is currently the order of the day, with his incredible serving techniques showing that you can take some rubbish ingredients and turn it into something marvellous.
Taking processed meats, sweets, crisps, biscuits, and the other kind of goodies you know are not doing your body any good, Lamerde uses his considerable skill as a chef to delicately present magnificent culinary creations that look like they'd cost a fortune in the finest restaurants around the world.
