The husband of the late Savita Halappanavar has told the Irish Times that he is 'not at all happy' that a preliminary report into his wife's death has not been released.
Praveen Halappanavar met the Health Minister Dr James Reilly in Athlone this week - having been assured that he would receive a preliminary report before Christmas.
His solicitor Gerard O'Donnell says the Minister gave them a verbal update on the report - and Mr Halappanavar indicated his disappointment.

Mr O'Donnell now says it may be the end of January or February before the interim report is released.
