Protests have been held in central Dublin against the current offensive in Gaza.
As a three-day ceasefire appears to be holding, people took to the streets to hold a demonstration today calling for the boycott of Israeli goods.

More than 1,880 Palestinians and 64 Israeli soldiers have lost their lives since the conflict began. Two Israeli civilians and a Thai labourer working in Israel have also died.

The 'Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign' held a demonstration outside Smyths toystore on Jervis Street in Dublin - just a day after staff were told to remove a sign on the door informing members of the public they had removed products made in Israel from their shelves.
Protestors held a 'die in' at Marks and Spencers
A spokesperson for Smyths, which is a Galway-based retailer, said the sign had been put up by staff in Jervis Street.
The spokesperson said Smyths does not "engage in national or international political affairs" and "the decision has now been reversed. Our customers should be free to make their own decisions".

The protestors also walked into Marks and Spencers and removed Israeli produce off the shelves and held a 'die in'.
