Update 13:20
A protest was held outside the Nigerian Embassy in Dublin today, with protesters calling for the safe return of over 200 schoolgirls kidnapped in the country.
The protest took place at the embassy, which is located at 56 Leeson Park, Dublin 6.
The demonstrators include members of the Nigerian diaspora and women's rights groups - all of whom are dressed in red as a symbol of recent bloodshed.
The Dublin protest and many others around the world come as officials in Nigeria have confirmed that a further 11 girls have been kidnapped by gunmen this week.
The US has vowed to send experts to assist in the search and rescue of the missing girls, most of whom were kidnapped in a raid on their school on April 4th.
