Has the PAC made a surprise announcement that it's oficially backing Costa Rica for World Cup glory?

Probably not, but this little hashtag mix up might have you thinking otherwise.

Jumping on the World Cup bandwagon, Twitter earlier introduced a hashtag for each country, with a little flag appearing next to it.

It just so happens that Costa Rica's shares the same letters as the abbreviation for the Central Remedial Clinic, which is indeed the focus of the PAC.
