Newstalk is proud to partner with Purple House Cancer Support for its first-ever wellness event at Powerscourt House and Gardens.
The daylong event will be hosted by Newstalk broadcaster Clare McKenna and will feature a host of special guests including The Good Glow’s Georgie Crawford.
Purple House Cancer Support (PHCS) offers a wide range of essential supports to people affected by cancer.
The charity’s inaugural event aims to raise awareness around simple and effective ways we can all be more health conscious.
Talks on the day include:
- Healthy eating with dietician Orla Walsh
- Dealing with stress & burnout with Wellness Psychologist Dr Clodagh Campbell
- Yoga with Julie B
- Life coach Mark Fennell
- Author Tanya Farrelly
- An alcohol-free cocktail masterclass with The Virgin Mary Bar.
The amazing line-up of speakers also includes Health Coach Georgie Crawford, Health & Performance Coach Gerry Hussey, CEO of Purple House Veronica O’Leary and Cancer Survivor Katie Boylan.

The event takes place from 9.45am to 4pm on Sunday 25th September at Powerscourt House & Gardens – with lunch included.
