Met Éireann have issued a rainfall warning for the South-West of Ireland.
The Yellow warning is in effect for Cork, Kerry, Waterford and Wexford with 20 - 40 mm of rain forecast. Met Éireann also warns that there may be a possibility of between 40 and 50 mm in parts of Kerry and west Cork.
The warning is in effect today Wednesday, 8th of October until 6pm and was issued by Met Éireann last night.

Meanwhile, heavy thundery showers across the South and Mid-west will gradually extend to the rest of the country this morning and will lead to localized spot flooding.
