Recruitment company Indeed is to create 600 jobs in Dublin over the next five years.
The roles in marketing, finance, operations and sales will be based at the company's EMEA headquarters in the Docklands.
Recruitment is already underway for some of the new roles.
The expansion will bring the workforce to 1,600.
Today's announcement comes as Indeed's Irish operations move to its new Capital Dock office, which boasts double the space of its current offices in Stephen's Green.
Chris Hyams, CEO at Indeed, said: "I am delighted to be announcing 600 new roles in Dublin, a city that Indeed arrived in only seven years ago with just three staff.
"As the Irish economy has grown, Indeed has had the opportunity to grow a strong EMEA HQ here with an abundance of talented staff."
Business Minister Heather Humphreys added that the news is a "real vote of confidence in Ireland".
She observed: "We will remain focused on our goal of building an even more resilient and innovative economy that can evolve and prosper well into the future."
Indeed operates in more than 60 countries in 28 languages, with the company saying more than 250 million jobseekers use the site to look for a new job every month.
