Jeremy Renner says he’s happy he didn’t pick up any injuries filming The Bourne Legacy although he says he ‘freaked out’ filming one particular stunt in The Bourne Legacy.

The actor plays super spy Aaron Cross in the film – the first in the franchise not to feature Jason Bourne. The film – which also stars Rachel Weisz – has plenty of trademark ‘Bourne’ action scenes.

The action hero says he nearly gave up when having to swim through freezing water.

And Jeremy admited he was worried about shooting a Bourne movie – without Jason Bourne – but all doubts were extinguished when he got the script.
