Five people have been rescued off the Kerry coast in two separate incidents since midday.
At around noon, two people fell overboard near Fenit near Tralee.
The local RNLI lifeboat located the two who are understood to be shaken by the incident but otherwise well.
Separately, a family got into difficulty swimming off Derrynane Beach in South Kerry.
A lifeguard raised the alarm at around 12:15pm.
Derrynane Community Rescue Boat’s shore team assisted in the rescue operation and the Shannon Rescue 115 Helicopter was diverted from Fenit.
The father and his two children, understood to be boys aged 13-years-old and nine-years-old, have been airlifted to University Hospital Kerry with their father.
