Restaurant chain Camile Thai Kitchen is to create 120 new jobs.
The company is set to open six new restaurants around the country.
The new branches will be opening in Naas, Greystones and Navan - as well as three more in Dublin.
The firm has over 20 restaurants in Ireland and the UK, with 10 more in the pipeline.
"Camile's fast growing franchise has ambitious plans to develop further in Ireland, and then further afield, including in London", it said in a statement.
"The home delivery of hot food market is exploding in urban areas around the world, driven by the rise of food aggregators like Deliveroo and Just Eat, and consumers addiction to screens".
Marketing manager Daniel Greene said: "We are now offering franchises across Ireland, and are experiencing a lot of interest in our online delivery restaurant brand.
"With some of our Irish branches exceeding €35,000 per week sales, this is a significant and serious opportunity, for the right type of operator".
