The Northern Ireland Court of Appeal has ordered the man convicted of the murder of 2 soldiers at Massereene Barracks is to face a re-trial.
47-year-old Brian Shivers from Magherafelt in Co. Derry had challenged his conviction for the murders of sappers Mark Quinsey and Patrick Azimkar.
The soldiers were both aged in their early 20s and were shot dead outside the barracks as they collected pizza in March 2009.

4 others - including two pizza delivery men - were seriously injured in the attack.
