A boy (4) who was killed in a road crash in Limerick yesterday has been named locally as Jack McDonnell.
The 2-car collision happened at Patrickswell Cross, Lough Gur, at a 1.15 - the young boy died at the scene.
His parents, twin brothers (6), and a woman and 3 other children travelling in the other car, all received minor injuries.

The road re-opened last night and Gardaí at Bruff have renewed their appeal for information.
