Ryanair has said it is renewing the call for a 'two-drink limit' following an incident at Dublin Airport.

The incident happened at approximately 7.20am, with video footage shared online showing the man smashing objects at Gate 107 which was taken out of use for a period of time.

Gardaí confirmed a man in his 20s has since been charged with 'an incident of criminal damage'.

In a post on social media, Dublin Airport said it hopes the justice system deals with the man appropriately and it never wants to see him at the airport again.

Ryanair have told Newstalk it will impose a 10-year ban on the passenger and has renewed its call for a two drink limit at the airport
