Santina Cawley has been laid to rest in Cork after her funeral mass this morning.

Celebrant at the funeral this morning was Father Oscar O'Leary:

"The way I look at it she's probably gone hand in hand with Brendan Grace, and I would say that our lady and the holy family are babysitting her at this very moment."

The 2 year old died last week after she was found with serious injuries at an apartment in the city.

A woman in her 30s was arrested earlier this week but has since been released without charge.

A murder investigation is ongoing and Gardai are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
