Praveen Halappanavar is expected to make a personal statement detailing his reaction to the draft Health Service Executive (HSE) report into the death of his wife Savita.
Mr. Halappanavar reviewed the 108-page draft document over the weekend and has indicated through his solicitor that he is not satisfied with its findings.
His solicitor Gerard O'Donnell says the complex report outlines a chronological sequence of events but he says it has no element of accountability.
He says an expert is to assist them in the review of the report and a submission is then likely to be made as well as a meeting with the investigation chairman.
'Not enough attention given to Savita'
The draft report found there was not enough emphasis on the deteriorating health of Mrs. Halappanavar and too much attention was given to the welfare of the baby she was miscarrying. Details of the report were published in The Irish Times today.
It says her vital signs were inadequately monitored and although she was seriously ill by Tuesday October 23rd this was not acted on. She died 5 days later on the 28th from septicaemia.
Speaking to Galway Bay FM Praveen's solicitor Gerard O'Donnell says comment will happen as soon as possible after what has been a very difficult weekend for his client.
