The husband of Savita Halappanavar is to take legal action against the HSE over his wife's death.
Solicitors for Praveen Halappanavar have filed paperwork for a civil case at the High Court.
The case is being taken against HSE West and Dr Katherine Astbury, a consultant obstetrician who treated Mrs Halappanavar in the days before she died.

No other paperwork or affidavits have yet been filed, however.
An inquest into Savita's death earlier this year returned a verdict of death by medical misadventure.
