A Dublin man has gone on trial accused of murdering his mother in Scotland last year.
James Dunleavy denies beating Marino woman Philomena Dunleavy to death sometime between the 30th of April and 7th of May 2012.
Mr. Dunleavy (40) is also accused of dismembering her body and burying her in the picturesque area of Corstorphine Hill in Edinburgh - with a further charge of trying to cover up the crime.
