The jury will return to court this morning in the trial of former Anglo Irish Bank Chairman Sean FitzPatrick.
The jury of six men and six women was sworn in on April 14 last but no evidence has been heard, as the case has been in legal argument.
The 66-year-old of Whitshed Road, Greystones has pleaded not guilty to 27 offences over the disclosure of loans from the Irish Nationwide Building Society from 2002 to 2007.
Included are 21 charges of making a misleading, false or deceptive statement to auditors and six charges of furnishing false information.
The prosecution claims FitzPatrick misled Anglo's auditors by reducing or appearing to reduce loans on its books, and providing financial statements about loans to Anglo's directors which did not include the true amounts.
