Sean Quinn Junior will be hoping he will not be joining his father behind bars as he has already carried out a 3-month sentence in Mountjoy Prison.
He was found to have breached court orders put in place to stop the Quinns stripping asssets from their International Property Group.
The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) - formerly Anglo Irish Bank - secured the injunctions as it says it has a €430 million claim on the assets of the group.
Seeking to purge contempt
Sean Quinn Junior has instructed his lawyers that he wants to purge his contempt which sounded promising to Ms. Justice Elizabeth Dunne at his last court appearance
She gave the bank and the businessman time to continue exchanging correspondence.
The contempt proceedings are also against Sean Quinn Senior and Peter-Darragh Quinn who has not shown up in court since a warrant was issued for his arrest.
