A body has been found by a lifeboat crew searching for a man missing off the West Cork coast.
It was recovered in the water after a search operation was resumed this morning and hasn't yet been formally identified.
The alarm was raised when three sailors didn't return as expected into Schull yesterday evening, prompting a full search and rescue mission which resumed this morning.
Two people who had been on board were located this morning on nearby Castle Island. It is thought they may have swum ashore from the vessel which had got into difficulties.
They were airlifted to Baltimore where they were transferred to an ambulance and are being brought to hospital.
The search for the third missing person resumed shortly after the two people were found, and the body of a man was recovered shortly before 8.30 this morning.
Various Coastguard units, including a helicopter and lifeboats, have been involved in the search operation.
