A 41-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his cousin at Rath Cemetery in Tralee, County Kerry.
Thomas Dooley was stabbed to death while at a funeral on Wednesday, October 5th.
Mr Dooley was fatally assaulted by a group of people just outside the cemetery that morning.
The accused, also called Thomas Dooley, appeared at a special sitting of Kenmare District Court where he was charged.
Mr Dooley of Bay 10 Halting Site, Carrigtohane Road, County Cork, will be remanded in custody as bail can only be granted in the High Court for a murder charge.
He will go before Tralee District Court on Wednesday 12th October via video link.
Mr Dooley is the second man to be charged with the murder of Thomas Dooley in the cemetery.
Yesterday, 35-year-old Patrick Dooley of Arbutus Grove, Killarney, was also charged with his murder.
Patrick Dooley is a brother of the victim.
The deceased's wife Siobhán Dooley was also injured in the attack and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
