An investigation has been launched following the discovery of shebeen in operation in County Kildare last night.
Some 15 people were found inside the shed at the rear of a house in close to Kildare town.
During the search, which was part of the ongoing Operation Navigation, Gardaí found a fully operational bar with stools, tables, chairs, a flat-screen TV and a full-size pool table.
There were several beer taps on the bar, along with an underbar cooler and kegs.
There was also a smoking area, storeroom and toilet on the premises.
Gardaí in Kildare executed a search warrant of a suspected shebeen premises, yesterday 31/12/2020 at approximately 8.30p.m.
Gardaí found 15 people inside and seized intoxicating liquor and equipment.

Gardaí say they seized the alcohol and drink optics and questioned people those who were in the shed.
Officers say the shebeen had 'all the trappings of a traditional pub' and a file will be forwarded to the DPP.
This is the second shebeen found in south Kildare in three months. Gardaí became aware of the presence of a similar set up in Athy back in October.
Gardaí say a full investigation is now underway and files will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
They have appealed to anyone with information about the operation of illegal Shebeens to contact their local Garda Station.
