Police in Co. Tyrone have arrested a woman (36) after a security alert in Cookstown.

Drum Road in the town was closed while police investigated a suspicious vehicle.

The arrest was made by detectives from the serious crime branch.

Serious Crime Branch Detectives investigating a suspicious vehicle on the Drum Rd, Cookstown last night have arrested a 36 year old woman.
