Authorities in the North are dealing with a security alert in Belfast. It follows the discovery of a suspicious object.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) says the incident at Broadway has forced them to close the M1.

Diversions are in place and a bomb disposal team have been tasked to the scene.
