Seven children have been killed in Canada following a fire on Tuesday morning.
CBC reports the blaze swept through the Halifax home of a Syrian refugee family.
A woman and a man have also been hospitalised.
It has been described as the deadliest house fire in recent Nova Scotia history.
Halifax Police have said all those killed were believed to be young children from the same family.
There were multiple calls of a fire received early on Tuesday morning, local time.
Police and fire personnel responded and found heavy fire on the first and second floors of the house.
The fire was contained shortly afterwards and remains under investigation.
The family arrived in Canada about two years ago.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said: "Words fail when children are taken from us too soon, especially in circumstances like this.
"My heart goes out to the survivors of the horrible fire in Halifax this morning, and the loved ones who are mourning this tremendous loss."
